What You Need:

We are seeking a motivated professional who strives for technical excellence. To be successful, you will need to a critical thinker with a well-rounded technical background with strong values around customer service.

• Minimum of 3 years in NOC or server administration
• Strong knowledge of configuring and supporting Microsoft network in a business environment
• Hands on experience with Hyper-V, Failover Clusters, Storage Spaces, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, Exchange, PowerShell, and Automation
• Advance experience with routers, switches, and remote hardware access
• Managed Services or Technology Consulting experience a plus!

Things You Will Do:

As the Senior System Administrator, you will manage the end results of network up-time, backups, security software, and patch management.

Technical responsibilities you as the Senior System Administrator will manage:

• Utilize remote monitoring tools to deliver pro-active results to client networks
• Responsible for the up-time of Mode5’s data center environment and hosted services
• Establish monitoring and automation configurations and respond to critical alerts
• Act as final escalation point for the NOC department
